And the mayor arrived at the Greater Allen A.M.E Cathedral in Queens this morning, telling my colleague Bernadette Hogan:

“I do a lot of praying..I look forward when I leave here, to go on and continue to do what I do moving our city forward: that is what needs to take place now.”
